    In-depth questionnaire

You begin with a questionnaire that helps me better understand your plans, aspirations, initial ideas, and the questions you have. Whether you already have a destination in mind or are still undecided, this is an opportunity to discuss everything that matters to you: your life, work, or study plans; your constraints; your expectations; and any concerns you may have.

    Analysis of your situation

Before our appointment, I conduct an initial assessment of your situation based on your answers. I identify the topics that should be addressed first, the questions that require further exploration, and any potential points to watch out for before your departure. This preparation allows me to tailor our discussion specifically to your plans and to focus on what can help you move forward in a practical way.

    In-depth discussion

We meet for a 90-minute appointment dedicated entirely to your project. I share the initial ideas that emerged from my analysis and ask the questions needed to better understand your needs, constraints, and what you hope to build once you are there. It is also an opportunity for you to clarify certain points, express your doubts, ask any questions you may have, and take a step back from the decisions ahead.

    Personalized action plan

Within two business days after our discussion, I send you a personalized action plan. It outlines the priorities we identified, the actions to take, their order, and the resources that may be useful to you. This gives you a framework for moving from reflection to action, at your own pace and while staying true to your plans.

    Follow-up support (optional)

Whether or not you choose to continue with ongoing support, you’ll have one week after receiving your action plan to ask me any questions and get clear on your next steps. If, after this initial phase, you feel you’d benefit from more regular support as you prepare to move abroad, we’ll discuss how we can work together in a way that suits your plans, your pace and your needs.

    What you'll take away ...

Preparing to move abroad raises plenty of questions. In a 90 minute session, you’ll have space to talk openly about your hopes and concerns with an intercultural specialist who has lived abroad themselves. Afterwards, you’ll receive your personalised action plan. You’ll then have a week to ask follow up questions (no obligation to book further support).
